Re: your comments, please
Yes, somewhat concurrent with my awakening and subsequent experience of discovering the need for why and how to become less plugged in and more self- reliant, I began frequenting used-apparel stores, namely the big two .... you know the ones, each operating under respective banners recognizable country-wide for many decades. This awakening generally began in the period just prior to DARPA Net going public, experienced a sharp rise post 911 and continues on to this day at a steady pace.
I've since learned when the ideal seasons are for shopping for specific types of apparel increasingly difficult to find due to diminishing retail production by the big corp supply chains .... malls..... facilitating the attire of the common herds. Just like the advice for going to Mexico if you want to find/see durable goods ( automobiles, appliances, etc) built in the era when such were made to be genuinely durable, if you are looking, for instance, for sweaters, jackets, pullovers, shirts, sweats, trousers .... "pants" for the ambiguous-minded made of natural fibers cotton/wool/flannel or the like you just may want to try good will hunting.
Before anyone gets too emotional over Pat's warning on Heaven's security requirements .... code of ethics/morals or dress code, pretty much anybody can visit a local big corp department store to buy spirits in can for the DIY'r with a woodworking project, spirits in a bottle for the more pedestrian person with an alcoholic project ..... and worldwide outlets of jolly old England have been merchandizing Prince Albert in a can for mny decades.
