How do you differentiate between adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid and depression?

Long story short, I am a 28 yo male and past several months I have felt awful; anxiety, extreme fatigue, obsessive thoughts Depression (not sadness but loss of passion, desire and motivation).

with docs being quick to prescribe anti-depressants and not treat the source, Ive been proactive in my own healthcare and come to find I have symptoms aligned with adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid in addition to depression.

How am I to determine where to start in correcting the problem????? treat the AF, hypothyroid or depression?

additional information to consider that align with both hypo and AF:

*my body temp is low.. 96.2 upon waking, 97 by late afternoon.
*ive gotten blood work. Cortisol was in normal range (16.5). my t4 was on high normal side 1.63 (.82-1.77 normal range), t3 was low side of normal 88 (71-180 range). my reverse t3 was high side of normal 22.4 (9.2-24.1). Ive read on hypothyroid groups, the ratio of t3 to rt3 should be 10.. mines 3.9

now, few things to note about my life style:
*Fitness has always been my passion. I live a very health lifestyle, lots of exercising (maybe to much) but have a clean diet and supplement with all vitamins, in other words im not deficient
*I am an extremely fortunate person, i dont have the stressors others might in life, ie financial problems, relationships, children, etc.
*I do feel extremely stressed out about how i feel however, it consumes my day

I dont know where to start! i am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction from their experience. its an absolute fact my body temp is low and my thyroid hormone ratios are off, so I know there is something that needs to be addressed.

its just hard because ive read AF can lead to HYPO can lead to depression. That Depression can lead to hypo to adrenal fatigue. that hypo can lead to Depression than dep to AF.

Thanks in advance
