day 3 checkin: weird dreams and tummy probs

Well, am at day 3 and still going strong...havent smoked, either.

I couldnt take in as much lemonade last night, so I am endeavoring to be good today.

Last night, I was purging some weird stuff. I felt anxiety and irritability. I experienced bad nightmares all night...which would be followed by elimination!
Weird.

I guess my chakras are clearing out as well lol

Today, I did my SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and drank one glass of lemonade (will have to get another after I post). I was pretty lethargic, in a surreal way when I woke up at 11. After eliminating, I had the energy to clean for a bit. I cannot WAIT for this preliminary HELL to pass@@@!!

To speed things up, I jump on the mini trampoline every time I feel 'antsy' or bound up. It seems to work.

I am looking forward to having energy again.

Actually, I feel like laying down a bit and dont have energy to make another lemonade...sigh

I am hoping to go 21 days. I will see how it goes, as I just want to feel healthy again.
