Re: Good foods/supplements to recover thyroid dysfunction?

Actually... I had another lab test a week ago and the result shows that I am leaning towards Hypo.

TSH November - 1.86 (reference: 0.45 - 4.5 uIU/mL)
TSH December - 1.23 uIU/mL
TSH February - 1.69 uIU/mL

Free T3 November - 3.0 (2.0-4.4 pg/mL)
Free T3 February - 2.3 pg/mL

Free T4 November - 1.91, high (0.82 - 1.77 ng/dL)
Free T4 February - 1.35 ng/dL

rT3 November - 30.8, high (9.2 - 24.1 ng/dL)
rT3 February - not out yet, will update later

Within two months, my free T4 and T3 dropped notably, without any medication. T3 level is really low now, which explains why I feel fatigued all the time. Any suggestion for this condition? Is vitamin D good to fix for Hypo?
