I am definitely ordering a test to check for HM, but the question is whether or not my body is ready to detox. I have a very weak immune system right now (hashimoto's) and suspect my liver is not ready to handle HM detoxification. Would you suggest doing a liver cleanse before HM?

Also, have you ever heard of using something called "Zeolite" for HM detox? I am reading about it here as a good way to detox:

I've read that chelation can be detrimental, yet most people say it is the best way.
