One word of adviceI have. I tied a pale/candida/low carb diet for about two months. It was horrible. I lost so much weight, was irritable, Acne worse than ever, low thyroid, lost sex drive and had erectile dysfunction. Fats and fermented foods (things paleo is high in) aggravate my acne. I have since switched to mostly vegetables, fruit and gluten free grains and am feeling better than I have in a while. This is my personal experience.
