Re: Wife's Constant Chronic Constipation.

Hi! I thought I would throw in my two cents for what it's worth. I have suffered from severe and chronic constipation for many years as well.
And after 2 weeks if I had a bowel movement it was never anything to write home about. I have been to countless doctors who tell me nothing is wrong, eat more fiber, blah blah blah. I took Metamucil as I was told and you know what....it started coming out instead of a bowel movement. All in all, they have not served me well, sounds like the same for your wife.
I am so sorry for her.
Last month I got tired of feeling tired and cranky and constipated and bit the bullet and bought that funny red enema bag from CVS, the old fashioned looking thing that can double as a douche and/or water bottle.
I used dr Castile soap in some recipes from internet and also magnesium/ Epsom Salts since I have read we as Americans are very deficient. After about three enemas or so, one day I just felt GREAT. I had clarity. Mental clarity. I forgot what that was like!!! I did a coffee enema and won't begin to tell you what came out but it is not supposed to be residing there. Definitely roundworm and possibly flukes. All I know is I am starting to feel better.
The poop that is festering in your poor wife's colon is going to make her sick, eventually, more so than already, due to the toxins building up. Maybe she has leaky gut which means the toxins are going into her bloodstream, for me that is causing my brain fog and inability to get things done.
I would get a few disposable enema bags off of Ebay (very economical) and get started. I saw a NAET (natural allergy elimination technique) dr. Who recommended aloe vera for healing the intestines. I started taking coconut oil daily as well as apple cider vinegar and miraculously one day I actually had two bowel movements! That hasn't happened in at least a decade, not without laxatives anyway. It also hasn't happened since, but it's a start right!? I have hope. And with hope, all things are possible!! IMHO anyway..
Keep reading and learning and asking questions - what a great husband you are !!
I too was able to have bowel movements during my period...I never could understand it.
Oh question, are your wife's bowel movements normal looking? When she does have them? Mine were not. Very skinny. Come to find out that is from inflammation.
I suspect that the problem is similar to mine, I think the issue is with the digestive process somewhere...between the small and large intestine something is not going as planned...if you guys have insurance, get liver tests done? Liver back up from all the toxins could be a cause, or a piece of the puzzle. Has her blood work been normalallalong?
She should def start probiotics and fish oil if she hasn't already. When I started those my infrequent poops at least looked healthier.
