What is organic Colloidal Silver ?
Is it pure, or does it have additives?

If it truly is 25ppm, then it isn't pure since Colloidal Silver will cap out at/or around 20ppm. Whereas most of the higher concentration solutions will range between 15 and 18, as most manufacturers simply don't know how to stabilize anything higher than that.

That said, I wouldn't nebulize anything that isn't made of 99.99 pure silver and medical grade steam distilled water only. - others here may feel differently.

As for dosages and concentrations, nebulizing falls under the sort-of, self regulating category in terms of intake. ie, quantities are governed by the limits of the atomization whereas exposure becomes governed by the overall size of the exposed membrane(lungs). - that said, 1oz, three times daily is a safe bet for most any adult over 100lbs.

Beyond that, there's no need to water down Colloidal Silver when nebulizing.
