Treating pseudomonas, bronchilitis and emphysema with colloidal silver

I am looking to treat my mother by nebulising Colloidal Silver . She has been admitted to hospital on several occasions for iv Antibiotics for pseudomonas and they have not touched it. She also has bronchilitis and emphysema.

She has given me the go ahead to nebulise with cs. I really would like advise on the method to use. I have 25ppm organic Colloidal Silver and a nebuliser.

Is this do high?
Can anyone tell me how much Colloidal Silver I but in the nebulizer and how much water?

Can I use bottled water or do I need a special type of solution?

Also how often and for how long do I nebulise for?
