My naturopath has advised against further Liver Flushing for me at this time as my metabolism is going through a major overhaul after the long cleanse. She does say, however, that both my liver and kidneys look very good (she is an iridologist, pretty cool tool)! So I continue to flush out all the stuff I loosened... a wonderful and horrible project! I relate to your... discomfort... Bless you!!
