Parasite cleanse before lab stool test?

I did a parasite cleanse a few months ago and saw many red flukes all about a half an inch and my doctor wants me to do a stool test (o & p) and gave me two vials. My plan is to use one without starting the parasite cleanse, and then the second one after a couple days of doing the parasite cleanse.

OR should I fill both vials without doing a cleanse at all?
