After Mirena symptoms

Hello,
I had my Mirena for 7.5 months. During this time my symptoms were bloating, fatigue, pain and bleeding after sex, and pain in my abdomen.

I finally had it removed nearly 2 weeks ago, and I felt fine for a few days. I actually felt great. But then I started to feel extremely anxious(I have struggled with anxiety in the past and tapered off of Citalopram at the end of the year). I've also been feeling extremely low in mood, tearful, emotional, and just plain bad. I also cannot sleep well for the life of me. I take a high dose of Meletonin every night that puts me to sleep, but I'm always jerked awake by 3 or 4 AM and unable to really fall back asleep. I also just started taking Tryptophan in the afternoons and evenings, but it's too soon to tell if it's working against this vicious anxiety.

I realize these are textbook symptoms of the "Mirena Crash", but what I'm wondering is how long for my hormones to rebalance?
I juice in the mornings, and eat a pretty clean diet and exercise
3-4 times per week. I need more ideas on how to help my body get back to a state of homeostasis because I am miserable. I am a single mother to a 6 year old boy, full time student, and I work. This is really putting a wrench in my busy life and I need to figure out how to sort my body out.
Any ideas are helpful:)
Thanks!
