I really loved your post, it makes so much sense and it seems like its a very functional protocol for anyone willing to put forth the effort and resources for their own health. However, you weren't specific with what EXACTLY your regimen was for curing yourself. Would you be willing to share your step by step or supplement by supplement process with details as to exactly what product, what time, how often, the rotations, etc? I say this because there are so many different candida programs out there, but you obviously found your own rhythm that worked. I know that you posted this nearly 2 years ago and that what works for one person may not work for another, but i am willing to take that risk. thanks so much
