I'm going to be having reduced sodium chicken broth for "dinner". I know that's not traditional but you gotta do what works for you. I weighed in-- I also said I wouldn't do that... but I did. Start weight was 212.8lbs. Today I'm 211.2lbs. I know the initial weight lost is from the water weight and stool/emptying of stomach. When I reintroduced myself to food last fast, I gained 20 lbs. I know some was weight but some was the water and stool. Regardless I'm giving myself leeway. I expect to gain that much back-- which is why I would love to get down to 109lbs but one day at a time. I need to start working out too. I hope to look back at this on day 60 or so and see how far I can go and how much closer I can be!
