Hello everyone,
I'm back :) last time I made it to 45 days... but then got too sick-- not a health crisis but more like I felt I lost too many nutrients. I slowly stopped wanted juice and water all together. It has been a few months now and I want to start again. I kept off 33
lbs. My big goal is 90 days. I actually started yesterday but broke my fast with bread so that I could take medicine... my brain felt like it was exploding... I'm getting heating pads to help with the pain ( I believe that I have atypical trigeminal neuralgia. I have constant pain and tenderness in my temples,ears and jaw/teeth.) I have been on ibuprofen constantly for the past couple weeks to help the inflammation. The moment I ate that bread I felt regret-- but I was finally able to rest. Tomorrow is day one. I'll keep you posted.
Fasting has been one of the greatest ways to lose weight and keep it off... I want to get through these next 90 days. Tonight I'm going to the gym with my boyfriend. (I didn't workout during my last fast).
