This is from someone who did the Plan last year -

I recall at least one other person who stated that they were able to reverse Sjogren's. The basis of the Plan is an autoimmune diet. Fungal candida is associated with causing many autoimmune conditions and most autoimmunity is believed to originate in the gut.
