I followed icus protocol with albendazole for four months 3 weeks on 1 week off 400 mg twice a day . couldnt tolerate giving myself a shot so I use the horsey paste ivermectin 2 days on 2 days off . I did split my ivermectin instead of 1 daily dose I did 2 half doses 12 hours apart.
