lots and lots and lots of antihistamines. When I got really bad headaches I laid off the albendazole skipping a few days at a time. the ivermectin didn't seem to give me bad headaches when I continued taking that. did notice lots of spots with light sensitivity but only for brief periods from mectin . I personally believe that this is from the larvae in the sinus cavity dying from the meds. larvae do make it up there waiting to be swallowed as you clear sinus by swallowing . no more headaches now even while taking them both at same time. it seems like I chase every new hatch down to my feet which is interrupting there process. every month is better than the last, every hatch is smaller than the last. toilet paper feels like toilet paper again instead of feeling like fiberglass coated with razor blades .
