Yeah, you're right that it's only me who'll know my lifestyle that lead to hair loss.I know that I did not get 7-8 hours sleep these past few months due to my hectic job and I have to make sacrifices in order to relieve my stressful condition.Eating raw greens and fruits is okay with me but I'm not ready yet to become full vegan.I agree that positive thoughts can also help in de-stressing. But I can't imagine doing this: "I went to the bathroom with my knees up (helps with elimination)."
Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. I'll try them when I get no simpler methods of preventing hair loss.
