Only you will be able to answer that question. Look inside yourself. You're doing well by seeking an answer, but, until someone were in your shoes and knew your whole lifestyle, they wouldn't be able to guide you in the proper direction. I can give you a quick version on how I stopped my hair loss and fixed all my health problems: i only ate raw vegetables, raw greens, a little bit of raw berries, and drank only water, I took cold showers, I brushed my skin before showering, I sunbathed, I stared toward the sun, I would only allow myself to think positive thoughts, I would constantly think of myself as having thick hair and as being beautiful, everytime someone would say something negative, I'd turn it into a positive, I read my bible, I took walks, I cut out television and music, I applied no heat to my hair, and I went to the bathroom with my knees up (helps with elimination). Now, I know you may be thinking: wow, that's a lot! But, I guess that's what happens when you get to your breaking point. You do everything you know to do. I'll have you know, I did these things daily for two weeks before my hair quit (very noticeably) quit falling out. The other benefits were: good breath (no brushing needed), happiness, thick beautiful skin, very clear eyes, very deep restful sleep (didn't have to sleep as much), went to the bathroom regularly, eyesight improved, didn't get tired during the day (energy levels were HIGH). To sum it up, I experienced PERFECT health. At least to me that's how it felt. Hope this helped!
