I saw where pepe recommends mixing the epson salt w/ grapefruit juice and as I didn't know you could do that I mixed it w/ water - YUCK - it does taste bad but you only have to drink 6 ounces so it can be gulped quickly. Next time I will definitely mix w/ juice :) Don't worry you can do it and then the oil & juice actually tasted yummy to me, prolly because of the comparison to the ES but thats my experience anyway :) Hope that helps :)
