LIVER FLUSH SCENARIO

The last day of Master-Cleanse drink your lemonade untill 4:00 pm. Don't drink or eat anything between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

6:00 pm - drink: 1 tb spoon of Epsom Salt, mixed in 3/4 cup of water.

8:00 pm - drink: 1 tb spoon of Epsom Salt, mixed in 3/4 cup of water.

10:00 pm - drink: juice of 1 pink grapefruit (at least 3/4 cup), mixed with 1/2 cup olive oil (I use light).
Mix, drink and go to bed immediately.

Morning:
As soon as you wake up, but not earlier, than 6:00 am - drink: 1 tb spoon of Epsom Salt, mixed in 3/4 cup of water.

2 hours later: drink: 1 tb spoon of Epsom Salt, mixed in 3/4 cup of water.

Now you can do your OJ and veggie stock routene.

You should also have colonic, colema or enema soon after LF, to make sure none of the liver stones get trapped in the colon. They are T O X I C. SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) works great too.
