Drink a lot of water everyday 3-4 bottle. Also drink apple cider vinegar. Don't eat beef anymore is not good for you anyways. This will cure your problem.
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 of cup of water 1/2 of spoon of apple cider vinegar.
