I smell like poop

Hello everyone,

This is quite the sensitive subject for me. If I had to guess id say this has been going on for two or three years now. I don't know how it started and it's not everyday, but apparently sometimes I smell like poop. Not fart, but actual poop. I've done research on this and many people seem to have this but can't find the cause or a cure. Like the forums I've read, I can't smell it and people that I'm around a lot don't seem to smell it because they call me crazy when I bring it up, but on certain days, all day long I hear "it smells like sh*t in he re" or "it smells like poop" or "what's that smell" or "it stinks over here" if people walk over to where I am. I really don't think they can all just be coincidences. No one has ever told me directly but I just KNOW it's me. I'm super clean, shower twice a day, so I know it's not my cleanliness. I've read online that it could be coming from my pores? I've also always been constipated for as long as I could remember. I'm not sure if that has something to do with it? All that waste just sitting inside of me? It hadn't happened for a while, but yesterday at school, three people within a few hours said something around me, so I panicked, left school and bought some laxatives. Didn't poop much. But I just want to find the cause of this. It is so debilitating. I feel like I can't go out because everywhere I go there will just be a trail of c**p smell following.
