You might get a sex hormone panel. This will give you a feel for your adrenal status. Testosterone is linked to libido in women. I easily noticed when my close female friend was doing hormone balancing and the doctor gave her too high a dose of T! : )
Selenium is also important for T3 and antioxidant protection of thyroid. It also has a good reputation for some cancers and passivates heavy metals.
Bruise easily. Vitamin K is involved in clotting. It is one of the lipid soluble vitamins. I wonder if you might have issues absorbing them. You might have difficulty absorbing good fats as well. Remember adrenal cortex/sex hormones are made from cholesterol.
Do you still have your gall bladder or indications of gall bladder problems?
Dr Jerry Tennant links some of these issues in part of his long talk below, including acid reflux, absorbing lipid soluble vitamins, etc. He presents several interesting theories. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6XicmDDmVBs
