The picture looks like ascaris. They cause dark circles under the eyes, noise, rumbling and whistling, excess gas and pain under the ribs, abdomininal distention, you may vomit, anal itching, nose runny, tiredness, nutrient absorbtion problems. Take pyrantel daily for awhile to knock them out then start on albendazole in case any scattered. a good probiotic and digestive enzyme supplement will help.
