I hope to recover from my bizarre intolerance to protein powder product (while all protein foods are ok).
For leaky gut I read many doctors suggest take l-glutamine for a quicker recovery, but I don't tolerate it (protein powder) + avoid all cereals, even brown rice.
1. Do you think should I take supplements for leaky gut (if yes, which ones)?
2. What about brown rice? Could it be a good idea to avoid it at all in my case?
