Congratulations on your success! The Plan can help to create better tolerance in the body, whereby the body is able to handle most anything in some cases. In today's world, I'm not sure how much longer that type of tolerance will last as the amount of toxins that we are exposed to in most cases is becoming overwhelming.
Eating a lot of conventional foods can lead to explore to toxins, antibiotic residues, and pro-inflammatory substances that can alter the gut flora and create symptoms. I think the diarrhea response by your body is a good one when the substances being consumed don't promote health. In those instances, the body is simply eliminating what doesn't work for it.
Dairy is a common allergen due to antibiotics, growth hormone, and primarily the processing that includes pasteurization. Raw dairy is the best form of dairy. Raw dairy also tends to come from cows that have lower or no problematic casein. Eggs need to be free range, organic, and when possible, soy-free.
One result from doing the Plan is the re-establishment of better feedback loops so that we know what works and what doesn't work for the body. It may just be that your body is being overwhelmed with substances that don't work for it and its trying to give you that feedback.
Given what you've been eating, it's a good idea to re-visit the Plan and establish better balance once again. I've done the Plan 15 times and not because of antibiotics, but because I recognize how keeping the gut flora continually balanced aids maintaining optimal health. Tweet
