Are there any recent traumas emotional or physical that have happened to you recently? This sometimes is the root of the problem. It sounds like your Depression is acompanied by panic/anxiety symptoms as well. Depression may also be caused by eating foods which may be toxic to your body like wheat, dairy, or sugar. Sometimes if you lay off of these it may help. Energy therapies like EFT may be helpful for situations similar to yours.
