The only time my system seems to complain is after I eat fast food which was months ago.. In fact, I felt so good after a rare T-bone off the grill! mmm Milk does not bother me, I eat oatmeal daily.. Or if any of these foods do, I cant pinpoint which because I would have figured it would have bothered me right after I ate them..

The one thing you all agree on is the Colon Cleanse so I ordered the Oxypowder , but wonder if I should do another Master Cleanse.

I took the 1/2 tsp of Epsom Salt and it seemed to help the gallbladder a bit. Produced only a bunch of gas. Now I'm hurting again but its down lower, like it moved down but allot of pressure. Back pain still stabbing.

Please recommend a juicing Recipe for my condition and in preparation for the Oxypowder .
