Great flush! This next time drink apple juice for a week leading up to your next flush eat nothing but apples the day of and flush on the new moon.

the next new moon I would flush. I really advise you to go and find julia changs 4 pack prep forumula with chinese bitters and other tinctures that will break up all those probably huge stones that are blocking your bile flow. She has one tincture that improves bile flow also. Just don't flush without prep.....it'll take longer to clean your liver out.

and don;t forget to do at least an enema within 3 days or Oxypowder . If all those stones stinck around in your colon it's going to make you feel sick
