Re: Urine fasting - for two weeks

Hey Basilee!
I am on day 16 of a urine fast right now, and I just found this conversation! Keep on going and don't give up!:)
I am doing my fast because of systemic candida that has caused a facial skin disease. It was so terrible and I was having my life robbed from me everyday. Notice that I say "was" :D
After spending over $50,000 in treatments just in the past year, I came across JW Armstrong's "Water of Life" and I HAD to give it a try.
So far, my face is the clearest it has been in years. my candida is MAD, so my body has been detoxing quite a lot, which is GREAT. But in the book "the Golden fountain", it mentions that a candida infection will be CURED by a 3 week urine fast, so I still have a little ways to go.
Another thing, anytime I get hungry, I begin to wish I had to pee haha. Because the minute I finish drinking it, my hunger goes away. I'm so glad I realized this because now I KNOW I can last however long is need.
Lastly! There is a man on youtube who has done a 119 day urine fast and he is 63 yrs. old!!! Very inspiring! Tweet
