I'm 100% convinced that my hormones are a mess. I have finally found a lab who offers saliva testing for hormones, I have yet to receive the tubes though. I will post the results as soon as I get them.

I also believe you're onto something with zinc intake, but it might be because I'm not absorbing it as I should. I'm pointing at a GI disorder in this case, most likely candida or SIBO (or both). The biggest challenge remains how to deal with them both, as most GI-related protocols are too demanding for the adrenals.. I went without Sugar for almost a month and doing Liver Flushes at the same time, and while some symptoms disappeared (most notably Seborrheic Dermatitis ), I couldn't handle it much longer. The already reduced amount of energy I had just vanished.
