Gas is never a good sign, when we are talking about human digestion.

It is usually a sign of consuming foods you are unable to tolerate.

People of blood type O, as well as many other people can be extremely intolerant of beans.

To prevent any health problems, you should be careful when consuming beans. Eat it just one meal, and maybe only once every few days, or once every 7 days.

There are people who can digest beans with no problems.
They can even consume it every or every second day with little or no gas.

There are people who can digest all kind of grains with no problems. They can consume grains every day.


You have to start listening to your own body when it is talking to you. Gas, indigestion is how your body tells you you are consuming wrong foods.

Wrong foods are foods you have problem digesting.

Problem with digestion usually means one of the next symptoms: gas, diarrhea, constipation, cramps, malformed feces, wrong color of feces, extreme smell of feces, etc.

So, start inspecting your feces, listen to your intestines, and it will answer all the questions about diet you may have.

To improve digestion, several practices have been shown to help:

- Liver Flush ;
- Fecal Microbiota Transplant ;
- eating raw milk and raw milk products like yogurt ;
- eating fermented foods like fermented vegetables, sauerkraut ;
- motion , being physically active ;
- eating foods with unrefined salt ;


And, of course, do not eat
- Sugar ;
- foods with Antibiotics ;
- foods with food preservatives ;
- industrially processed foods ;
- foods fried in deep oil ;
- refined salt ;
- foods your great grandma (and millions of your ancestors) could not not have eaten ... anything industrial, GMO, with pesticides, etc.
