I'd like to ask you - is really strong intenstial bacteria fermentation (a lot of gasses) a good sign?
Everytime i eat beans, lactulose and other prebiotics, i am experiencing so much gases. If i comibe it with 100-500 bln of probiotics bacteria, my intense literally circulates more gases, than my lungs do ;)
As we all know, it could be a sign of pathogenic bacteria like Clostridia. But i wanna know, could it be a sign only casued by good bacterias fermentation?
