I've been in the heavy metal detox groups for nearly five years where AF/AI is so common. Mercury really hammers the adrenals and related systems.

I've heard many reports that people were able to reduce their dose of HC but it is not so common to hear people go off all adrenal support when they previously had a life-limiting problem.

Many people report that a nice combo of adrenal support and related diet and supplements have them relatively stable.

You'll also want to become familiar with "stress dosing." From my experience with my close female friend and many reports in the group it seems helpful to have an observant loved one to provide tips about when one is getting "low."
