day 5, some questions

Hi there. On day 5 going for atleast ten and i wanted to know how to do this parasite cleanse. I guess you buy it at a health store right. What brand is good and on what day should I use it? Also this salt water drink, How imortant is it and what does it really do. I have some of the salt and I couldn't take it. I felt like I was going to die. I drink the tea instead. But should I atleast do the salt water atleast once? Thats it for now. THANKS
