What would be a good way to lose the same amt of weight or close to it? I'm under a time constraint and really would like to lose 15lbs by Nov 6th. No matter how I eat it seems like I'm gaining. I am exercising a lot as well. I'm tempted to hop on the Master-Cleanse again (just ended one less than a month ago) to experience the weight loss I had. I'm 155lb 5'8" female.
