Where to purchase MMS shipped to Canada?

Does anyone know any place that sells Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to Canada? I cannot find a single site.

Is it still illegal in Canada and did they recently take it off eBay? I cannot even find one seller selling the sodium chlorite and citric acid together (I prefer liquid over powder or capsule form, is it more effective?).

Last time I purchased off eBay and I am disappointed it is no longer available.
