I have water fasted for health 4 times.. including this one. I am not overweight and get sickly looking skinny by day 20. Im 5'7" and 130 usually, I am down to 123 at the moment. commonly we lose a pound a day. You can lose more if you go for walks. this is YOU WILL GAIN ALL THE WEIGHT BACK IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE YOUR DIET DRASTICALLY. I always gain all my weight back... I am a vegan who eats a lot of raw food... I am unwilling to restrict more than I do.. I could go 100% raw... but I like to eat!

I am a teacher, I climb stairs too.. it leaves me totally winded!! and i used to run marathons!
oh yes... EXERCISE.... 6-7 times a week!!! 1-2 hours!!
I do one hour weights on hour cardio.
I love the classes taught by Les Mills instructors... FUN!
In Canada only Goodlife has them..
