Re: Hunger

Remaaaa,

Good job for getting through 7 days. The hunger you feel is not hunger, you need to know that. When I felt like eating food during my fast, I really focused on my body to see if there are other signs of giving up the fast or these are just false attractions. A few times I have given up in a few days because couldn't stay hungry, pains etc. You will know if you have to quit, your body will tell you.

I have learned that warm water, even hot , helps me a lot. I sip a little at a time like I am drinking tea. In your case you also want to do some deep breathing and stretching. After stretching if you can do some walking that would be great. If not, just rest and keep warm. It is ok to think about food, but you have to keep saying to yourself, "Not now, I will eat these things after 30 days." We all get craving for different things. Once I felt like eating lemons, once pizza and I don't even eat pizza, normally.

No food or juices or enemas. If your body wants to poop, it will. Just be this way, trust me, you can do this, 7 to 10 to 15 to 20 and 30, you will sail after this episode is gone.

In 7 days you lost 14 lbs, that is great, keep it up.
How tall are you? How much do you want to lose?
