THIS IS AN INTERNAL PROBLEM, & dietary changes must be dealt with. I already had candida overgrowth, so I am already well versed in how to cleanse yeast internally. Malassezia took me over because unbeknownst to me, I was drinking about a gallon a day of water that was infected with black mold, & yeasts love mold! Which is also why I could never overcome the candida.
