Yes.. the answer to your question is absolutely. Dr. B wrote about it in most of his books, and in his latest one, he devoted it partly to depression.
I have myself experienced a great uplift to my mood, as regaining my full physical energy back. It took about 2- 1/2 - 3 weeks. (Mind you I had already recovered from AF and this protocol just pushed me up to the very top notch).
I would strongly suggest you read his books and whatever you can for yourself, before or while you do the protocol. Confidence in doing a program when you know how it works and why makes it much more powerful. You can judge for yourself if it makes sense to you. All the best !
