He found that 'unintentional chronic dehydration' is often the cause behind many disease labelling.
He recommends following his protocol first, to see if you really have a disease/disorder or not.
When you read about it, it is extremely astounding and fascinating.
Basically, he recommends 1/16 of a teaspoon (a pinch) of high quality unrefined
Sea Salt (like Celtic) be put on the tip of the tongue to be dissolved in the mouth, and then washed that down with 1 cup (8 oz) of good quality water.
The protocol is :
2 cups of water with salt, 30 minutes before a meal.
1 cup of water with salt, 2 hours after a meal.
You need to drink half your body weight in ounces, so if you weigh 120 pounds, you need to drink 60
ounces of water (with precise measurement of salt).
For insomnia you could try this and see if you find relief.
I follow his protocol and have seen the greatest improvements. It works every time.
Most diseases are a combo of chronic dehydration and malnutrition. Stress further accelerates and exacerbates it.
Water, like the air we breathe, and the food we eat are our most primary needs for survival. Please make sure you are not dehydrated.

p.s According to Dr. Batman's work, those that have been found to have histimine problems and deficiencies of zinc and vitamin B6, have shown the cause to be chronic dehydration.
