Re: Problems with Food

Yams can feed bacterial overgrowth in the small intesting also (SIBO), mimicing the symptoms of candida. have a look at digestivehealthinstitute.org and search for SIBO and read the sibo blog post and see the list of grains that make stomach pain and digestion worse. It REALLY helped me to manage my SIBO AND candida at the same time. Also small amounts of russet potatos and small amount of jasmine rice eat fresh and not reheated, and chewed very well for optimal digestion may be helpful. If you dont have a blood sugar problem. If you just need help coming off a keto diet, consult with a good holistic dietitian. If you have been keto for a long time, people have to introduce additional carbs very slowly. Also, a "Keto" diet, should NOT be primarily protien?? but should be 60-70% healthy FATS???
