I have a B6 deficiency (pyroluria). And sublingual B6 gives me a serotonin rush that puts me out within minutes. i also remember my dreams. I suffered from insomnia for years before figuring it out. It may or may not work, depending if you have this sort of deficiency.
Indica is not a bad temporary relief option but it won't cure or solve the root issue... and it does not make for the really deep sleep (it interferes with dreams).
Lastly, if you have trouble relaxing your mind and body before bed - look into an "accupressure mat." Thery are a $25 or so device that invokes a state of deep, physical relaxation and can be very helpful with some kinds of insomnia.
