HELP - PINWORM HYPERINFECTION - Tried everything - desperate!

Hi there.
i am new to this forum. I've had pinworms for the last 4 months and tried everything. Currently I am on ICU protocol of albenzadole daily for 3 weeks, 1 week off. I am also taking Eclectic Institute 6xday 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. In addition I am eating pumpkin seeds, pineapple, carrot juice, garlic, low Sugar diet, probiotics and am very careful about hygiene and washing sheets/towels every couple of days. I see hundreds of them in my stools everyday but they are not reducing in numbers.
I am desperate to rid myself of them and I want to start trying to get pregnant but cant whilst i have these awful worms. I also have Blastocystis hominis (newly diagnosed) but no idea what that is vs the pinworms. On top of this I have had thrush for 12 months and again tried all regiments/candida diet etc. I apparently have a low white blood cell count so hence I am so susceptible to everything.
Please help anyone.
