Parasites Causing Itchy Skin Rashes

After several craniosacral therapy sessions, the parasites have come out of my tailbone, duodenum, etc. These rashes/bumps are sometimes extremely itchy, especially at night.

Anything I can apply on these spots to temporarily help and prevent scratching? I also have Lyme in my elbows causing pain and severe itching especially when immune turns on.
