Well you would have to understand what a herxheimer reaction is and put that in the context of really healing.

Actually the items in the protocol don;t have any side effects, they will make you herx however. You can't get well without herxing because when you kill the germs they release die off toxins, no way around that except to maximize your detox potential and the sysnergy protocol does that.
