parasite help

Please Help. I'm border line suicidal now.

I am currently suffering from many medical conditions.
I have a GI problem since June 2014.
I have prostatitis and epididymitis since mid September.
I also have the gout, but that was a preexisting condition.

So all my problems started with a GI issue: June 2014
Stomach pain, stomach noises, head aches, feeling confused, nausea, fibromyalgia, feeling cold, feeling weak, diarrhea, soft stools, pale stools, and weight loss. All this started after eating bad food.

I saw a GI for three months going back and forth with testing and nothing except for Small intestinal bacteria overgrowth (SIBO). I took the medication, and nothing. He recommending see Mark Pimental at Cedar in Los Angeles because he was going off SIBO and they are the people to see. But then on Labor day weekend, i defecated what looked like a worm. (I made a HUGE mistake of not saving the sample) I told him about it, and the GI ordered a second parasite test (through a regular lab) and gave Albenza 200 mg. The test came back negative (for a second time, took one previous in July, again with a regular lab (Quest)). My GI problems were still present.

As I was waiting to see a doctor at Cedars (take about 2-3 weeks to get a doctor appointment) I came down with epididymitis real bad. I went to an urology and they gave Antibiotic as a protocol. After about 8 weeks (late October), I still had problems there and the doctor said he does not know why I still have pain and gave up on me. All my test came back normal, so did my ultra sound. (But my pain has decrease since it first started). So I went to a second urology doctor. He said that my prostate is inflamed and causing my epididymitis. He gave Q-rul. I have been taking that for 4 week with no results. I have a follow up appointment tomorrow.
Going back to my GI issues. So I saw a doctor at the Cedar GI lab. The doctor went immediately back SIBO. I thought that because he is a doctor, he must know. Because I was at the time taking Cipro for my epididymitis, he recommended to take SIBO diet. I followed it for one month with a low dosage of medication for SIBO. Did not help. Early November I went back to Cedars. My breath test was still high for SIBO and my testicular pain was still a problem. he said that the two can't be related. He ordered a ultrasound, but came back normal. Mid November I started two new medications for SIBO. No help for my GI problems. TO make things worse, I developed gout because I was on the SIBO diet for two months. I was eating a lot of tuna fish and red meat, as the diet recommended (mostly protein).

My gout pain was so bad that i went a new random doctor for my gout. I told the doctor about my down hill of my health, and the doctor said that some thing in my body was off balance and causing me to get worse. But of course, the doctor never followed through and will not return my calls. But I do agree with the doctor that something is off in my body.
Could this be parasites, SIBO, candida, or something else? Please, has any one gone though what I'm going though? I'm in really pain all over my body (from feeling dizzy, head aches, GI problems, testicular pain, and gout) and I'm only 26 years old. If it is parasites, was a 200 mg pill of ALbenza enough. From what I understand, Albenza is used for pinworm, and from my symptoms, it seems I have tapeworm, or not. I don't know what to think.
Can anyone recommend a good doctor in the So Cal area, and will do their job and help me. I have been to 8 doctors in the last 6 months, racking tens of thousands in the process. 4 doctors gave up on me, and one of them said I was crazy.

Please help....
